Subject to these terms, we offer refunds on the rental services of photo booths. Your cancel date has to be 21 days before the booked date. If you cancel within the 21 days of the booked date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, unless we can book the date of your booked date.
To be eligible to refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and written notice giving a reason for cancellation.
Where items have been made or personalized for you, they are non-refundable, like custom overlay, custom backdrops, or any items customized, purchased or supplied by Preferred Choice Events. Please be sure to confirm all details prior to purchasing.
If you need a refund, send us an email at our contact email address on this website. Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
